I am a hispanic, disabled, female.

Hello,

I am A hispanic female, with lupus, fibromyalgia, sjorens, diabetes and neuropathy. To name a few of my complications. I use an electric chair, but, can't go out because I have no ramp. Nor can I use it for shopping because i have not the vehicle to transport myself and said chair around. I would like to own my home, so this way I can do whatever I want to the rooms to make the depression less. I tried to continue to work, but, since the lupus is greatly affected by stress and hinders my immune system, then I cannot suject myself to the stress of employment. I get fatigued very easily. And C.O.P.D. doesn't help.  I have to have assistance in doing menial tasks. My memory isn't great either. The lupus has affected my brain. I do have the tendency to go somewhere and forget where I was going. Also, as you can tell, my vision is attrosiuos. As is my spelling. I just want to live somewhere where it is nice and quiet, no gunshots to scare me, no neighbors to ruin my vehical, that respect others property. Somewhere I can actually feel safe to go outside and visit with my neighbors. Not worry that I'll offend them and have my belongings vandelized or stolen. A place to be safe, happy, with my dogs and cat.

I am A 40/41 soon to be, lady with multipul problems due to the onset of Lupus. I need assistance in getting the following things to be able to live a healthier lifestyle.

1). Transportation

2). A home somewhere thats quiet and will allow me to continue in caring for my pets.

3"). A ramp to be able to be as mobile and self suffiant as possible.

4). A computer that runs so I may continue to beable to go online and research information on this disease as well as my hobby of my family's history. (also a working printer to have paper as well as file evidence.

In so getting these requests/assistance I shall be able to continue my assistance to newly dx'd patients of Lupus as well as continue the research I am doing on my family history. If I had been able to continue working [which I loved my profession as A pharmacy technition} Then I wouldn't have to ask this of no-one. Being I am not able to.. then...

Thank You for your time

  Sincerely

   Chris
